Sore Throat/slight ear ache - GERD

Hi,
For years have had problems with Reflux, taking Nexium.
H. pylori treated in 2006
Had 2 scopes, last on 2010, both OK. Years of throat niggles with reflux.
Past few months voice getting more hoarse, and felt like lots of mucus around larynx... with alot of throat clearing ...... for the past 6weeks or so an area at the back of tongue on left side was a bit sore. Throat itself always looked healthy, twice in the past GP's could see nothing, or now.
Swallowing felt a bit ' tight' on the left side, and 3 weeks ago started to develope very slight ear ache..... not a constant ache .
Top teeth on left side getting tender from acid.
Gp arranged a another scope, this time for nasopharynx.
Am worried, anyone else had the same sort of thing.
No neck glands found or weight loss.
Can eat for England.
Thanks
