Bleeding from a.... hole in my nose?

For the last two, maybe three weeks I've bleed from my nose after using a tissue to clean it out. There is a sore spot just inside my nose. It usually has a scab over it, but when I knock it loose, it bleeds for a bit. I can't get a good look at it, it either has a scab over it or it fills up with blood too fast for me to really get a good look. I think it's a small crater in my nose. It doesn't even look that deep. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? I don't recall doing anything that could create a whole in my nose... I'm not rough with it, I don't do drugs, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary to it... It just appeared one day. It was a little swollen in my nose at first, and I thought I saw a pimple head. Even if that's what it was, it would have been impossible to pop so I just left it alone. Well it was only swollen for a day or two and hasn't resembled a pimple since about the time it was swollen.
