Exclamation What is this feeling in my thyroid cartridge/cricoid?? Please help!!!

It all started 3 months ago. I started feeling an immense pressure on the middle of my neck where the cricoid bone/thyroid cartridges are. I have been to the ER 3 times..doctors weren't friendly and they shrugged my case off. Another ENT doctor said I have a diffused swelling that covers my whole neck. No abnormal lumps are felt. When I breathe on my hand,I feel that breath isn't coming out normally yet at the ER they said the oxygen level in blood was 100%

I have my thyroid blood tests done,my thyroid works fine. I did a barium swallow because at times I couldn't even eat and food felt stuck..turned out ok. I did a thyroid ultrasound and it also turned out ok (ps: this was done by my GP and she might have missed something)

I am waiting for an app at the general hospital for a neck ultrasound again but this will take so long

This feeling does not let me get any sleep. My neck cartridges feel VERY popped out. A month ago I also developed a very fast heart rate (resting is around 112) out of nowhere. It's the second time since this feeling started that I got sinusitis and the flu..now I have severe and bad cough and fever.

What on earth could this be? I fail to find any similiar case online and I'm fed up of not knowing what it is and if I might die from something pressuring my trachea.
