Low testosterone, sleep apena, possible polycythemia

Hello just wondering if any one have any thoughts or connections between sleep apnea, low testosterone and polycythemia? I'm being treated for sleep apnea with a cpap and also have the testosterone therapy the pellets implanted in my hip. Have been crazy tired thought I had the wrong pressure setting which was correct. But now it turns from a blood test I have low iron, low b12, and I have elevated red blood cells and white blood cells. Doc thinks maybe polycythemia and has ran every test in the book right now. Doing phlebotomeys to lower rbc, WBC and bring my testosterone down a bit to see if that helps any thoughts.
