Question i want to grow taller

i am now 20 years old. my height is still now 5feets and 3 inches.

i am from burma. i think i need GH. can i be grow taller ,if i take GH .

Please help.

You are porbably as tall as you are going to be. The quickest way to find out is to go into your doctor and let him see if the growth plates in your legs and arms are seled. If they are, then you will not be growing any taller than you are right now.

It's also a good indication by checking how tall your father and any other male relatives, like brothers, uncles, cousins are. If you are about the same height or smaller, then you are where you are meant to be. And at 0 that is towards the end of the growing time.
