Genetics. And if that were the case, you could look for confirmation from the appearance of your (male) family members for other examples of minimal/no chest hair, minimal facial hair in your family 'tree'. Could be a genetic pattern of late onset hair (so you could ask if they noticed this at your age).

My TSH hormone level is a bit high 10.89. It looks like hypothyroidism.

Will it cause for less hair?

There are large variations in such measurements of people. "a bit" is very unlikely to be significant imo.

Thanks a lot for your reply I think its not a bit. Its more. Since normal TSH range is 0.5 to 5. Mine is 10.89

Will Testosterone replacement Therapy helps in this regard?

Is your father older than you?

Then his appearance today is not especially relevant.

I believe you need to ASK your male relatives about their experiences at your age for assurance about this being a genetic pattern. Taking meds is a Big step (something to avoid if it is not needed).

ps. Besides, we get more of our genetics from our grandparents' attributes than our parents.

Get your Free T4 and Free T3 levels checked. If these are low, it will confirm hypothyroidism. If they are normal or "low-normal" you are considered "subclinical" hypothyroidism. Talk to your doctor about treatment with Synthroid. Your Test levels aren't low enough to be considered for T replacement therapy, however, if you are treated for hypothyroidism, it is likely that your Test level will rise.
