    Could it be endocrine related?

So I have been experiencing some symptoms for the past couple of years
that I thought would eventually go away but I found that it wasn't the case
leaving me to wonder if they are serious enough to warrant a trip to a physician
I would like some insights or to know if anyone can relate.

    Symptoms:
skin feels too hot - especially noticable at night
this leads to me complaining of the weather
being too hot even when it's not as I say it is (as attested by others)
but it's not like my internal organs are frying it's literally as
if my skin is being baked in the oven
also this complicates my second symptom
(this symptom is absent during colder climates)

insomnia - not that I've been diagnosed but when I've been sleeping regularly at 5 or 6 am and sleeping early is futile as I've tried many times I know it is insomnia
It takes me hours to fall asleep and I end up tossing and turning and bothering my sister till the sun rises
the night before the first day of a school semester is the worst, I get so nervous and that translates to my restless mind running wild and hindering any chance of sleep

excessive hunger - I'm either always eating or always thinking about eating lol
sometimes I eat so much my family complains but I tell them I'm just hungry
(insatiable hunger? if such a thing exists I probably have it) and the weird thing is
I'm not gaining any weight, in contrast I'm losing weight! My face is hollow
and my body fat is probably equivalent to that of a 12 year old
(I'm 24) any form of physical exercise easily tires me out and makes me feel sluggish but then again I am a lazy person
I used to be constantly thirsty as well but weirdly I don't have that anymore
Could this be related to an endocrine problem?

It could be an endocrine problem. An endocrine workup would be a good idea. You could go to a primary care doctor or an endocrinologist. Good luck to you.

Thank you for the quick insight, I have a suspicion that it might be hyperthyroidism
    but I might be wrong.

Hyperthyroidism was my first thought but I was hesitant to even say it because on another forum I was admonished for mentioning a possible cause of someone's symptoms. Hopefully, your doctor will do a full endocrine workup which would include your thyroid and pituitary. Let us know what you find out.
