    Internal hemorrhoids caused by endo?

Hi, I have already been diagnosed with endo about 4 years ago...
    *Warning: Gross details ahead*
In addition to the usual abdominal and lower back pain I have been having mucus when going number 2 or even just bearing down. I also bleed pretty often down there. I have internal hemorrhoids that pop out and go back in. Every once in a while I will have a sharp shooting pain up my rectum out of no where. I have a theory about what started the hemorrhoids... I think that I must have endo in the "pouch of Douglas" (area between uterus and intestine) that has constricted my intestine and causes me to strain which has lead to the hemorrhoids/mucus/bleeding. I'm not 100% sure this is what is wrong with me. I just hope it isn't something worse.
Has anyone else with endo had this problem? I don't know what I should do... Whether I should see a colon/rectal specialist or gynecologist. I really can't do both.
