endometriosis and????

I have an on going problem- must be about three years now and I just can't go on like it. I've been to the doctors many times (several different docs) and its just not helped.

Right I get all these symptoms:
heavy periods- clots
painful periods- first three days I cannot do anything but stay in
periods last about 10 days ish
raw feeling inside
painful sex
back pain
pelvic pain
bleeding after intercourse
constant aching pain in pelvic area that spreads to my back, bum and legs
I also get IBS like symptoms around the time of my period
there are probably more symptoms than that but I just can't think of them all

the doctor diagnosed endometriosis from that although I have not had a lap done. I have another symptom though that does not seem to be connected to the endo but no doctor can explain.

I have a green discharge- like a pea green- it looks as though it would be illuminous if you switched out the lights lol. Its usually watery although it does get 'clumpy' at times. I have to wear a pad all the time because it comes out all the time especially when I laugh, cough, sneeze, bend

I've seen many doctors about this many times, had swabs taken and the results always come back inconlusive and the doctor says, when they do the examination, that they cannot see a Green discharge- only white. So they don't really believe me. Also I've only ever had sex with my partner and vice versa, no cheating, we were both each others firsts- thats a definite.

It's ruining my life- the doctors cannot even fix it.

Please help me.

When was your last smear/pap test?

A swab will not pick up problems that a smear or papa test would. Maybe you could have one done if you havent already.

are you on an BC Pill?? or on a Anti-Inflamitory for the menstral pain?? That may help. Also try taking hit baths with lavender. Also you said you get IBS symptoms with your period ?? Is it diahreah?? I used to get that realy bad too. That is typical of Endo.

You realy need a Lap done. What tests have you had done??

no BC- tried one and made me sick- tried another made me put on weight- I have a self image problem and would rather be in pain and thin than slightly chubby and painfree.

Baths seem to irritate.

Had lots of swabs done- for everything. inconclusive for BV everything else normal. why green discharge though?

Had ultrasound scan- all fine. doc wont give lap until I used pill for three months but I hate the pill.

The green dischrge, I have no idea what that could be.

The BC Pill, I also had weight problems with that too. Honestly the pill did not help my severe menstral pain at all. The anti-inflamitry did help some. I would talk to the doc about that.

You said you had a ultrasound?? What about a Transvaginal?
Also I just dont understand why the doc wont do a Lap!!!

I'm 18. Only had ultrasound.

She said must go on the pill for three months. It didn't help n cos I came off it she wont refer me on for lap.

The discharge was my first symptom before the endometriosis occured.

and yes I do get diarea when I get my period. I'm usually constipated any other time though.

I remember hearing that green means an infection....for example during colds, many time mucous is green. When you're healthy it's clear. I think it works the same for feces. Green discharge is also a symptom for STDs, along with quite a few of the other symptoms you describe.

I would double check with the doctors you've seen and make sure you've been tested for anything possible, or see someone again and force them to run everything under the sun. I know you said you are monogamous with your boyfriend and vice versa but your symptoms are unmistakable (not that I'm a doctor or anything! lol)

I have had all the std checks as the doctors didn't believe that we'd been faithful either. They were negative.

I'm just fed up. Is there anyone that knows ANYTHING??

Could this be the symptoms of a cancer? What kind of cancers can you have down there?
