    Question Endometriosis and Fatigue

I was officially diagnosed with endo 6 years ago. I have the pain under control with birth control pills, so at this point that's not an issue. I've noticed by reading other posts that many who have endo also have fatigue and tiredness. I do too. I can get a full 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and still wake up feeling drained, then drag all day at work, and still feel the need to take a nap as soon as I get home from work. I eat healthy, so I don't feel like it's a nutrition issue (like a lack of vitamins, too much fat, etc.). I guess my question is this: how many with endo experience chronic fatigue? and is there anything we can do to ward off the fatigue? Any idea why endo would make someone soooo tired? I was thinking maybe it could have something to do with the loss of extra blood and possibly causing anemia, which in turn can cause someone to be more tired than usual. Any ideas?

    Thanks!
