Ultram for endometriosis pain?

I have been taking ultram for a few years for pain from several bowel resections.

I have jus recently been diagnosed with endo after a laproscopic removed my ovary and tubes, it was found pushing up into my abdomen and intestines, probably causing my intestinal problems from before.

I tried not to take the heavy drugs after surgery, but went to ultram since i know how it works with me...

has anyone else ever found help with advil, gasx and ultram for endo? going to dr today and i'm a bit nervous she will say I don't need ultram, but I cannot get out of bed in the morning without it...throughout the day it gets better, but food, digesting and eliminating still hurts as well as that helll week...
