Epilepsy - Seizure Disorder - Weekly Cycle

I have this seizure disorder/fast cycling bi-polar like problem that happens like clockwork every week. I have been thankfully able to use medication to stop the seizures from happening so often, but my weekly cycle of psychological distress keeps getting worse. "Distress" may be an incorrect word to describe the problem, but I am a bit short of words for now.

What happens is this: for 3 1/2 to 5 days i feel like my regular ole person, but then it changes on a dime. I get slightly manic, but not too much for a day or less and then I slip into this horrible depression/trance/monster-like state where i can't recall words I once used often, have no patience, I am ultra sensitive, have to go to sleep early, worry about everything, and just hate life altogether.

First post. Maybe Wrong forum. I am just sick and tired of being sick and tired. It's not me. I just want to be me.
