Feeling iggy, have question

On Sunday, I had my first-ever seizure (see my previous thread). Monday, I was okay except my legs ached and my tongue felt like it had been scraped raw. Yesterday (Tuesday), I felt "normal," except for the tongue. Today, however, I have felt absolutely LOUSY. My tongue still feels scraped. I have had a dull headache much of the day (mostly in the right temple/eye), I have had VERY low energy and have slept 2 naps, I have felt kind of spacey and have not been able to settle to any activity for very long (just don't seem to have interest in "doing" anything), and I have eaten very little other than to nibble on soda crackers (though I did have some pear salad not long ago). Even sitting with the laptop on my lap, which is what I usually do while watching TV, has held no interest for me today, and I couldn't even get into making file folder games for the upcoming school year (I teach Pre-K).

I guess what I'm wondering is -- is this something that could be related to having a seizure, or am I just having an "off day"? I don't have a fever, I'm just extra-draggy and disinterested. I've never had a seizure before the other day, and I'm not entirely clear what could have caused it. I don't see my primary care doc until next Monday.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Re: Feeling iggy, have question

hi, could be from the seizure. A lot of times when one happens you need a day or 2,or3 just to do nothing but relax, so you can get back on track.
