    I am Fitness Freak type guy... In Year 2020 i was weight 120kg and during the lockdown i reduce 30kg in 6months and in 2021 march i was at 80kg and maintaining my weight but in last 1year my weight again increase 15kg and i am trying to reduce it again so any helpful tips.....

    I lost 50lbs easily by removing all seed oils from my diet (sunflower, canola, safflower, cottonseed, corn etc). They cause visceral fat buildup as well as heart disease
