Male, wanting to tone/reduce chest
I'm 21 years old, weighing about 170 and 5'10. I'm a bit new to trying to stay fit and I want to try to get rid of the "boobs" on my stomach looks just fine, no six-pack or anything like that- just simply in shape. My breasts are kind of sticking out and thats the only thing I want to get rid of. I'm curious what are good chest exercises that will help tone my chest? In this case, should higher reps/lighter weights for chest exercises be recommended? Cardio?

Hope I can get some answers and thanks.

Re: Male, wanting to tone/reduce chest
Diet and cardio is what will get rid of the flab. You can't spot reduce (lose fat in only one place) so you'll have to work on losing fat all over, and the man-boobs will follow. To tone the muscle, doing bench presses, pec flys, pushups and such will help. Although I would recommend working out *all* of your muscles so you can maintain a symmetrical appearance for aesthetics and strength balance for functionality and to prevent injury. Not to mention, putting on muscle all over will help you lose fat all over throught raised metabolism.

Could by gyno, but I'll agree general overall fat loss is the first step.

Let your girl friend or wife play with & kiss them. Then you may not want them to go away.

Try it, you my love it.
