im a 19 year old male, 185-190lbs (fluctuates constantly), and 5'10". I am currently trying to lose 10 pounds within the next two months. Since I am pretty out of shape, I only run 10 minutes or do 5 minutes of HIIT for now. This is done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I lift weights Tuesday and Thursday. Combined with a healthier diet will I see results relatively soon?

Re: n00bie

Thats not enough cardio to do anything toward fat loss. Even out of shape, you can walk at an incline for 30+ minutes - and it would help. But a clean diet will make a big difference. What exactly do you consider "healthier"?
