Reverse Crunches from a chin-up bar.

Hello everyone.

A friend of mine suggested I try doing
Reverse Crunches from a chin-up bar.
He sid that if you want to really work
your abdominals that's the way to go.

I haven't tried them yet. Have to find the
rafters in my ceiling for the bar...lol. Do you
have any insight into this? Will this put
excessive strain on the lombar region of
the back etc.

Excellent for abs and easy on the back. Just make sure that you avoid swinging, slow and controlled.
