Post muscles...

If u feel sore the next day, should u continue exercise with the soreness to get benefits to gain muscles?

You shouldnt be working the same muscle groups every day. They need 24-48 hours recovery time or you'll end up overtraining and *losing* muscle. If after that recovery time you're still sore, there's nothing really wrong with working them if you want to.
