new here!

i am a 27 yr old mom with a 2 yr old i have well i think i have come a long way after having my son i was 176 and know i am down 128 (woohoo thought i would never make it )
and it is going on 3yrs (wow)
so i guess other people with the same simularites as me really gets me going , i love hearing other peoples weight goals , there exersice schedules ,what they eat and what they do to stay in shape ( just kick me out if i am in the wrong forum haha)
but i guess i am coming here for motivation , i seem to fal off the wagon every know and then and when i do out!
not a good site for me ,
so if any one wants to keep me going or tell me what they do to stay motvated i would love to hear it
wel i wanna hear it anyway no matter what so ladies .....

Hi fitness mom, I started posting you yesterday, but as usual my twins took over my time. Just wanted to say congrats on your weight loss. I had my twins 16 months ago and gained about 60 pounds through the pregnancy. Much of the weight gain was due to injectible fertility drugs and complete bed rest for 3 months. Anyway, coming out of the pregnancy I was completely motivated to get started exercising, however it was much tougher than I thought. I could barely walk being stuck in bed for 3 months, plus with twins the first 3 months are the most sleep deprived I have ever felt. I lost about 27 pounds instantly with the birth, mostly water I suppose. Then over the next 6 moths dropped another 12 then it all stopped. I couldn't lose anything despite a vigorous exercise schedule and a low cal diet. Finally this past January I got so fed up with working so hard and not getting results I went to see a naturopath doctor that discovered several food allergies Ihad as well as a few other medical issues. I started on supplements he recommended and a complete new diet and I now I have dropped over 10 pounds with another 8-9 to go to get to my prepreg weight of 126.

What motivates me is I here those voices of the people in my head that were always jealous of what great shape I was in before the pregnancy saying you will never get your body back after having twins, then there is also I don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe (although by now most of my clothes are out of style), then mostly I enjoy exercising. Its my time where I am not taking care of my twins and I can escape into my own world and do something for me.

Anyway, hope this helps, read the posts on here and the weight loss board, you'll definitely get some good tips.
