Ok, well spring is finally here and its warm out! For 5 days in a row I've been riding my horse [i live on a farm] for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours each day. Thanx to that, I've lost 1/2 inch on my thighs! Awesome! Ok so heres my question do you think riding horses is good exercise?? My legs feel more toned! I'm not overweight but I have some "extra" fat on my thighs. Oh and, what do ya guys think about jumping on a big trampoline for cardio? It's ok as long as it gets my heart rate up, right? PLEASY REPLY!

Re: Question!

Yes to both. Riding horses actually works your whole body, though not as much as real, full body strength conditioning. It's excellent for legs and core muscles though. And a trampoline is actually great for cardio, if you can keep it up for 20-30 minutes at a time. You should also watch diet if you're loking to drop any extra fat. Exercise is great, but a bad diet will easily ruin your efforts.
