Re: Does anyone notice a positive response by adding whey to the diet?

I cycle 20 miles in 1-1/3 hrs, 5 times per week. My legs didn't recover well from that regime. Naxis said to consume .25 gram of protein for each pound of body weight within 1/2 hr. after the ride. I use whey protein as a shake to provide the protein and my legs recover very well now. I'm very pleased with the whey protein used that way.
