slim but out of shape

I have not exercised in about 5 years. I am slim (5'5", 105 lbs.) but have ZERO muscle tone. I know I should start slow...but where do I begin? I am 46 yrs. old so I know I won't see results in a week!!! I do have quite a lot of lose, flabby skin on my thighs, mid abdomen (I had 4 babies in 4 years & never reconditioned afterwards) & upper arms. Thanks for any tips. I really want to get into shape before I get tooooooo OLD!
