I hate my butt

Unhappy I hate my butt

What is the best execise for the butt?Mine is flabby and flat..im 47 and I eat good,and I exercise,but my butt is still flabby,what am I doing wrong?

You can't reduce fat in one area, with losing weight you will see reductions all over. If you are looking for something tight and firm, the first place to change things is in your diet. Otherwise you could have a super tight butt but it will still be under a layer of flab. That being said, I think the best exercises to tone muscles and such back there are squats and lunges. Are you doing those?

I'd be curious to know this too! I guess whatever the recommended exercises are, would work on both male or female??
