hi everyone im 17 with a slim but toned build. i have been getting lots of veins all over the place, mainly when i excercise, or later in the day. they're all over my forearms, hands, one running down my biceps and legs, and they're on my feet. i have way more veins than regular people. i eat healthy, drink alot of water, and take multi vitamins and whey protein shakes. i was wondering is this vascularity is negative in any way, thanks.

Re: this good?

It's not negative. It is pretty common in very lean people. It has no significance as an indicator of anything other than a very low body fat level.

Re: this good?

Hi there,

Actually the vascularity you described is a sought after attribute in the bodybuilding world. You don't have any more veins than other people, it's just that they are more visable since you don't have as much fat padding to cover them.

I'm pretty vascular too. Mine pop out after I eat a lot of sugar, drink a lot of caffeine, or do strenuous exercise.
