    Why do my eyes something burn from cardio fitness?

    just wondering... thanks.. anything I can do against it? it's kinda annoying

    u sure it's not sweat going in them? That would cause them to burn..wear a sweat band for the head ..LOL..Lisa

    sometimes i mean... lol no it's definitely not sweat I don't sweat that much. It's like they get very dry I think, kind of the same feeling you get in your eyes when you're in a plane for 10 hours.

    You can buy "artificial tears" in dropper bottles at any store, make aure you read the label so you buy the right kind, and take them before your workout.

    Are you drinking enough water? You may be dehyrdated.

    I usually don't drink for like 1 1/2 hours in advance... It's because when I drank loads I always had to go to the bathroom after lik 20 minutes, and then again... it's sorta annoying when you just wanna fitness altogether!

    That's probably it then. You don't have to drink loads, but while you exercise, you sweat. And not drinking anything for over an hour before isn't helping. Take water with you and sip if you can. Or drink a little shortly before you exercise. 6-8oz will not make you have to go to the bathroom immediately afterward. It's MUCH more important to stay hydrated.

    Alright, I will drink a little bit in advance then. During 1 hour of exercise I get down 0,75 liter of water though...
