Question TaeBo Question

For all of ya'll you have had so much success with Tae-Bo- I really want to start trying it. It sounds like a great plan. How many times a week did ya'll do it? Did ya'll change your diet much?

I started the TaeBo regime back in Jan of 99 and they suggest doing it 3 days a week as a start. If you can handle that, and it will get easier to do it as you stay with the tapes, move up to more times a week. It got to a point where I was doing it 4-5 times a week.

As far as diet, yes, I did change my diet a good amount also. I like to not call it a diet so much as a lifestyle change. The changes I did have stuck and I doubt I will ever go back to the way I was with regard to eating. I ate more..about 6 times a day (about every 4 hours) smaller meals, drink tons of water, and have well rounded meals (protein, carb, and veggie/fruit).

I do it every other night. I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and I have lost 15lbs. I also started eating right too. Lots of fruits, veggies and salads and water, water, water.
