Post Working Out With Spinal Cord Injury

I have a spinal cord injury and although I'm not paralyzed my limbs do have limited function. I have had PT and have the excercises they suggest. Can't do situps but would really like to find some routines for abs, chest and trunk. The excercises I have don't address that area.
Any Suggestions Appreciated!
Thanx, Mace

Mace, you might try a tape called "Calenetics" it is really hard to do to start, but are good for strengthing your muscles. It is slow toning for you. When I am in better shape, I really like it.
