I am a 43 year old Physical Education teacher that lifts dumbell weights 4 days a week as follows: Each day-mil press 3 sets/10 at 9 am, push ups same sets at 10 am,pull ups 11, curls 12:30, reverse curls at 1:00 pm. This is done 4 days a week when each one of my PE classes are running or jumping rope which is the only way I have found to be disciplined enough because of after school coaching constraints. I am wanting to change the way my body looks. Will this type of weight lifting work ? What dumbell or body exercise can I do to work on my chest? I am unfamiliar with the latest research on whether this would work or not. Thanks to you for any help, Rock
