Question HIGH BODY FAT

I'm 29, 132lbs, with a high upper body fat (chest and stomach due to genetics). For the past 2 months I strength train 3-4x/weekly, and power walk on alternating days, plus I monitor my fat intake. My primary goal is to decrease my body fat and increase lean muscle without losing weight. Would you recommend, the dietary supplement Xenadrine as a fat burner to achieve my goal? and which dosage is advisable? Also, should I increase my protein intake? Any feedback will be appreciated.
