Cellulite - Orange Peel!

Question Cellulite - Orange Peel!

The more I exercise and start to lose, the more I am noticing the "orange peel" on my thighs! I've had it before, but this is all over, up and lower thighs - front and back - HELP! It is so ugly!!!!!

Any suggestions on how to reduce the look?

hi i have always been thin and had cellulite. i'm not really sure about what to do about it. if you built the muscle up underneath its not suppose to look so bad.

You might want to work the area out and build some muscle so it will look more firmer

I tell you what...from what I gather to be the gospel from my old college roommate who is a trainer, is this...you are born with a certain amount of cellulite.
Nothing you can do about it b/c it is genetic.
You can help decrease it by following a sensible diet (veggies, fruit, grains, protein), no more than 1500cals if you want to lose weight and then exercise.
She says to do cardio at least 3x's a week and do some weight training.
I tell ya', doing this, I have lost almost 30lbs. And the cellulite has gone down quite a bit. Also, exfoliate when in the shower every other day. And follow with a good moisturizer.
It helped me. Hope it may help you too.

I continue to exercise and drink more water. I'll try your other suggestions and see if incorporating all of them will show a difference.
