    Question Tony Little Gazelle Edge

Has anybody used the Gazelle edge? Did you get any results with it? I'm a 25 year old 5'4" Female that needs to lose approx 80 lbs. Does this work? Anyone have any advice for me? Thanks!

no gazelle will help you lose 80 lbs...you have to eat healthy and maybe use that or some kind of strong cardio

First of all it sounds like your motivated enough to
get started and don't let anyone talk you out of it.
Basically the gazelle is a great machine as it's easy
on the joints and you get a good cardio workout. But
also you have to eat low fat meals like Gerrod the sub
guy. Just click on to Tony Little website and the
rest is up to you http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/idea.gif

I bought one a few weeks ago....the gazelle does work...you are not going to lose weight with just the gazelle though, the diet factor and lots of water helps. I have been using approximately 15-30 min. a day depending on time and I can notice the difference in my legs and butt...hope it helps.

I bought one a month ago, the weight doesn't come off quickly, but I feel alot more toned, even my husband notices it. I work out about 5 days a week for 20-30 min depending on how long my 6 year old will let me. I'm sticking with it, I do have faith in it, I do think when the weather starts getting better I'm going to try to squeeze some short walks in also.

I'm not doing lowing fat like alot of people are saying you have to do to have results. I am doing my own version of low-carb without going to the extreme atkins does and I'm still seeing results. I think it all depends on the person, I USED to be a carb junky, had to have bread, potato, or pasta at every meal, two sugars in my coffee. Now I put sweet and low in my coffee, I eat no white bread or pasta, and when I do have a moment of weakness, I usually tend to splurge on the potato. I have lost 8 pounds by just cutting those things out and haven't put any of it back on. The I have lost about another 5 pounds since I started using the gazelle faithfully. Like I said, the weight doesn't come off quickly, but I started noticing the change in how my clothes fit within the first week or two and I do believe I'm loosing inches because I feel toned in places I was sagging lol. If you are the type of person that can stick to low fat and not feel hungry all the time, that's great, but I can't lol.

My workouts started at only 8 minutes...now three months later I am up to 20 minutes. Just make sure you put on some super awesome dance music to get you going!!! I highly recommend this machine!
