Post My Diet and Exercise Program! Need Opinions

Hello, I just started 1 week ago my quest for a healthy, toned, good looking , musculer body. I am 17 Years Old and I am 5'10 and weigh 250 Pounds. I have a Big Built Body that has just extra fat, alot of it.

I am getting serious and here is my program and my daily living

Monday through Friday I am riding my bike to the gym and back which is 5 Miles.

I work with weights 45 minutes each weekday with different muscles. I am doing it good.

Each day I do the following execpt Sunday

9 Minutes of Boxing hitting the Heavy Bag

9 Minutes of Shadow Boxing with 2 1/2 pound weights in each hand

3 Minutes of Jumproping

1 Hour shooting hoops outfront

10 Minutes of shoulder exercises with 2 1/2 pound weights in each hand.

60 reps of jumpting exercises.

3 Minutes of Ab workouts
My Diet Plan.
I have all together about 200 ounces of water a day.

Breakfast- Bread

Lunch- Tuna sandwhich

Snack- Tuna Sandwhich

Pre-Dinner- Little plate of spaghetti

Dinner- Rice and Chicken and Vegatables

And i might have a grahm cracker...

I also have gum

Thats my day, its about 1500-1700 Calories and lots of Carbs and Protein. Alot of people tell me I should be eating 2500-3000 Calories cause of the amount of exercise I am doing but if I do that I wont lose weight. My Goal is to lose 43 pounds by September.....

I am gonna do this with the above program. I would appreciate opinion.s

If you are going on a severe calorie deficit, in addition to heavy cardio, you are risking a lot of muscle loss, not just fat. Drop some of the carbs, up the protein and calories and the results should be faster and less muscle loss. If the diet/exercise regimen outlined above is something you think you can stick to, then use that as a starting point and fine-tune as you go along. Just be careful not to cause the starvation mechanisms to kick in or it's going to be an uphill trek.
As far as specific muscle work, why just shoulders? All the boxing vairations will help build and maintain tone, but I don't know why you would work just the shoulders, even with such light weight.

Well, I have very weak shoulders cause of a Car Accident. My Rotator cups are weak so I like to do them every day. I am gonna start doing more and more, this is my 2nd week
