Post Does anyone do Tae Bo?

I just finished the Tae Bo II Adavnced workout tape for the first time today and am so drenched in sweat! Does anyone else use these tapes? How quickly did you see results? Do you do it everyday? Thanks!

I started up using my Tae Bo again...I myself found results in about a month when I used them previously. You get toned up, AND the energy is a HUGE plus! It's also nice to feel that you can whoop some butt if you have to! HA Good luck!

I have been doing tae bo for about a year and a half and have lost approx. 80lbs. They are great and I recommend them to anyone trying to shapeup. They are awesome and great for toning abs. definitely try and stick with!!!! best of luck!

How often do you use the tapes? Did you do any other exercises or change your diet? What specific changes did you see in your body? I have been using the Advanced tape for about a week and haven't noticed any physical changes yet. My coordination and balance has gotten much better, though! Thanks for any advice.

Hey,
I just finished my third week of Tae-bo. It's amazing. I'm already seeing results especially in my arms and abs...I already lost some weight without any exercise and now I need to tone up and I'd like to lose additional 10lbs. So far lost 3 and 1.5" in my hips. I follow low fat diet. I do it 5 times a week...and I also started doing pilates. I'm sure if I stay on the program I'll have totally new body!

I saw results on my arms within a week. I did it 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day.

so what are tae bo like? what exercises do you do during the work out? is it hard to follow? I am the type of person that cna't really follow things easily...
is it better to do it with the tape or if you do it in a gym or something?
