i was just looking at the nutrition facts on peanut butter, its got queit a bit of protein, 7 grams, i didnt expect that

Peanut butter is nice when your bulking up. You should try a fried peanut butter + banana sandwich, Elvis loved those.

what do you mean bulk up, like muscle, or weight? if you have fat on your body and you want to burn it, is it a good idea to bulk up?

Cutting and bulking are usually done in cycles. Bulking is adding calories in order to put on more muscle. Some fat gain is just the nature of that beast, but cutting strips the fat to show off the hard earned muscle. I have a tablespoon of natural peanut butter for dessert lot even when cutting, though. Good fats, relatively low carb and high protein.
