where can i get a good lifting program

Post where can i get a good lifting program

no one on here seems to agree on what to do, but does anyone know of a good, reliable program or a place where i can get one?

That's because no single program works the best for everyone. What are your goals? Do you want to build mass or get lean or "tone"?

For beginners or anyone who has no intention of going into bodybuilding, programs like Body for Life and Body Opus are quite good. Very detailed, explanitory and well rounded. Gives you a good idea of where to start and help you make informed adjustments to your routine when you're ready for a change.
