Post Can someone help me?

well, overall..Im pretty happy with my height and body, even if it's not the best. The problem is, I have quite some fat around my waist and it's sticking out; and my butt is sticking out too, you can feel fat on it; how can I lose it? Thanks.

Hello, What exercises do you do? I have found that the kickboxing tape that I am using, works really well for the problem areas like the stomach, butt, and upper arms. I find that just a regular stationary bike, used for 30-45 min. works good on the thighs.

You need to check your diet and incorperate cardio into your regimen. Truth be told, diet is the biggest hinderance to the quest for fat loss. What does the current diet look like? How many calories a day? Of that, how much of it is healthy (low-fat is not necessarily 'healthy')? Do you do any cardio now?

Don't make it "a" diet. make it "Your" diet... as in long term. Go one item at a time. Like sodas or fries and just remove it entirely. It's a long process that way, but it's better than nothing if you absolutely cannot stick to a large scale dietary change. At that point you simply have to decide how much more you want the sundae (or hamburger, or cake, or whatever) than you want to lose the fat. Give it a few weeks and when you start to SEE changes in your body, I bet it gets a whole lot easier.
