I am a 5 '9' female, medium build. Current weight: 156
I am trying to lose fat from my legs (calves/thighs). They are huge! Tell me if this routine is conducive to that.
I read somewhere that if you elevate the treadmill & walk/run up-hill you will lose more weight. I walk/run on the highest level: 15 at a pace of 4.3 for 1/2hr. Will this only make my legs get bigger?
Also, I skip. Will that make my legs bigger too?
Should I do only aerobics classes?
Yes, I have made necessary dietary changes.

Hi there!

From what I have learned, you cannot lose fat from just one area! You can minimise your bodtfat, but only your body can decide how it will handle this. The general rule is "last in- first out" which means if you notice fat on your tummy first, thats the first place you will notice fatloss. You cannot do cardio or any exercise and expect to lose fat only from your thighs.
The best way to lose fat is to watch your food intake and do a lot of cardio.
