Post Steam Room

I spend 10-15 min in the steam room after every workout at my local YMCA. Will this make me loose body fat? because I don't want to sacrafice any!

Nope, dont think you have to wrry..the most sitting in the steam room is gonna do is maybe cause some water weight loss from sweating.the minute you rehydrate yourself, it will come back

The heat improves blood circulation (for ex. muscle recovery). Also, helps to perspire to release toxins (for ex. to reduce skin inflammation).
