hi there,
i have a question please.......
is going to the gym only once a week can be effective, or at least not useless??
i mean if i have no more time to go to gym than once a week, can this still work to develop my muscles or do i have to stop in order not to lose both time and effort??
and if the answer is that i can continue, then whats "the best way to get the best outa this "time a week"??

effective based on what goals? I am sure it wouldnt be useless. any working out is better then none, and getting your heart pumping good, even only if one day a week, is better than nothing. of course, it would be better to do more, but if you honestly only have time for one workout a week, do it.
