Post So I've been told..

to do lighter weights and more reps if I do not wish to "bulk" up..what's the range of light weights I should be using? 10-20? More or less?

You aren't going to "bulk up" even if you do low reps. To "bulk up" you need to have a very specific set of genetics, a very specificed training program and a very rigid nutrition program. In other words you'd have to LIVE the life and be blessed with the genes to do so. It is not going to accidently happen because you lift heavy or light, long or hard.

If you are still concerned, then keep your reps at the high end, such as those which cause you to fatigue between 15 and 20. I've also encorporated timed sets which can involve one circuit -- compromising of either 1 or 2 MINUTES of a particular exercise (not feasible for every exercise or every body part), or as many as 50-100 reps.

I must have good genes. I ate CRAP, became a fat***, i never worked out a lot/consistent and I never hit the weights like a bodybuilder, but i did hit some heavy bench and a lil clean. Never did much of anything really. I've had huge muscles since, was strong as hell for my age. Ironicly, i'm becoming weak as hell now and trying to slim down the bulk I have. I don't want to be barrel chested and all lol. I want to be sleek and aerodymanic! So my goal is to get closer to my "average" size I should be, while working on primarily endurance. I want to have nice tight, defined, dense muscles. Then I'll worry about building them up more later. I just don't like that I used to bench 300 in 10th grade, now, i can barely bench over 200! lol (still over my weight though!).
