Hi yall I just got some new gadgets can anyone tell me what they think of them...thighmaster (know how to ues it I think it helps) abroller (not sure how it works bro says its great)ABDOer(dont know how to use it ..do they really work??) any opinions would be appriciated!!

The gadjets aside, what kind of diet and exercise plan have you come up with?

I am starting Atkins LC in the morning..for exercise I am going to do 8 mins in the morning and then my walk away the pounds 1 mile viedo and try to work in 20 mins on my abdoer and 10 mins of my thighmaster and 25 crunches on the abroller. I am a WAHM so I can spred out my activities throughtout the day. I also have tons of different viedos so i wont get bored..from tony little spot tonning to jane fonda or yoga and flexercise which I dont get at all LOL.

Those things should help to build your muscles a little and expend some calories. The way to lose bodyfat is to expend more calories than you take in. If you notice that your routine isn't doing anything for you in say 2 - 3 weeks then you should modify your diet and maybe through in some more cardio. GL.
