Exclamation Help Please.

So I'm a teenager who recently joined a pretty strenuous workout group and the other day the group went through a very rigorous pull up workout. Going into this work out my pull up max count was 10. However now, a week and a half later, I can not do a single pull up. There is no pain in my arms at all now, and I can feel the pull in my latissimius dorsi, they were very sore a couple of days after the workout but now they are fine. (I think) I just cannot do a single pull up. I cannot even pick myself up to the bar with the assistance of my legs. Please help me. What should I do...

Re: Help Please.

These are four educated guesses.

1-Your technique has over-engaged your brachioradialis, your biceps and teres minor which are much smaller muscles than lats and they need time to recover.
2- Your nutrition does not provide enough nutrients for full recovery.
3- You pushed too hard too fast.
4- Mental prep was missing.

Hope this helps.
