Elevated intraocular pressure - Can it be caused by the flu?

    Hi everyone,

Today I went to an eye doctor for some tests and he found out that both of my eyes had an pressure measurement of 24 mmHg. Which is a little too high as apparently, it should stay under 21 mmHg.

Now, I am suffering from bouts of flu and / or common cold for a couple of weeks now. With some pretty heavy coughing going on at times.

Could that explain my high eye pressure? Or should I go in again in a couple of weeks for new tests?

As a photographer, my eyesight is pretty important
    Thanks!
