    Angry Grr! Eyelid keeps twitching!!

This is so annoying! My eyelid keeps twitching throughout different times of the day and makes my eye watery. It looks like I'm crying! Anyone know how to make it STOP?!?!

There is no way to get it to stop that would be pleasant for you! (if you get my drift) I suggest reducing your stress level and waiting it out. It is a benign and common phenomenon linked to stress and anxiety. Which came first, chicken or the egg? It'll go away on its own. My left eyelid twitched for two months once. It was annoying, but relaxing is the best thing you can do.

This is a very common problem. I have had it and I know many people who have had it. Mine eventually goes away on it's own.

    Re: Grr! Eyelid keeps twitching!!

I had this problem develop with my eyelids twitching couple years ago when I turned 50 years old. It started to happen on a daily basis. It was so annoying. I asked my doctor about it and she said it was related to eye fatigue. I found a solution with using Evening Primrose Oil. It is a common supplement. I get it at the drug store or at a health food store. I only take one tablet a day by mouth and the twitching has stopped. If I forget my pill, I twitch and I am reminded to take it...I use the computer a lot thus the fatique. My thinking is that the Evening Primrose Oil lubricates my eyes from within, and as a bonus my whole body benefits. I notice my skin is also less dry. Hope this helps
