Over the past few days I've noticed: when I look at the sky, or some similarly uniformly-colored surface, i notice thousands of tiny sparks "swimming" across my vision. They swarm around and move in no particular pattern; they look sort of like sperm swimming around. What could these be?

that is totally normal. you are seeing the white blood cells molving through your eye. it's called scheerer's phenomenon. ****** it. you'll feel better
