    Blurred Vision

I have been having problems with my vision being blurred for a while now. I work on the computer for eight or nine hours a day. I try to take breaks now and then to help my eyes, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have been looking into computer glasses. Do these really help, and would they help my vision to become better? I have had the lasik procedure done twice now. The first time in 1999 and the second time I think was in 2005. I don't want to have it done again, because I feel that my vision would just return to where it is today.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Re: Blurred Vision

I just saw a story about this on the news yesterday. The computer can definitely cause dryness which in turn causes blurriness. Staring at the computer we don't blink as often. LASIK can driy out the eyes.
I went to tri-focals (I had lasik too) because I am now far-sighted and need to wear glasses. The difference with the computer portion of the glasses is amazing. No more straining. I didn't know I was. It is totally worth it. Have your eye doctor show you the difference reading with them.
