Questions About Daughter and Her Behavior

My 23 year old daughter thinks she has BP Disorder-2. She has struggled with depression and anxiety for several years. Currently takes Lexapro and Wellbutrin and is under the care of a psychiatrist. She isn't currently employed because of the pandemic. She stays up too late (she still lives at home) and sleeps in until 5 PM every day. She isolates in her room most of the time. She can be easy to get along with, but she has times when she's snappy and wants to be left alone. She has a history of substance abuse, mainly weed, and has been arrested twice for shoplifting and once for weed possession. It's been a rollercoaster ride, at best. I don't know if BP disorder is a real possibility or is it something she's come up with in order to manipulate me to get what she wants. Manipulation has been a pattern of hers. What does getting diagnosed with BP disorder entail? All of this has put a real strain on our relationship. She seems to have no motivation to change or to get better. Her dr has advised her to be in therapy. Each time she starts, she finds a reason to quit. Any advice?
