    Pressure under nails feeling

For over a month I have been dealing with a very odd symptom that seemed to occur pretty suddenly. It started in my thumbs but spread to other fingers within hours as this pressure under my nails, mild crushing feeling? Very hard to describe. Bloodwork is not revealing much, need some clues because itís so odd no one knows what to think.

Have your fingertips or fingers swelling, and is there colour change in your nailbeds at that time?
Does it seem to be after an activity or even after eating or handling food?

No color or changes to the nailís themselves. They look very healthy which is surprising by the way they feel I expect to look at them and see bruises. It happened a few hours after some gardening. I did have some horsenettle thorns pierce my glove, but not on the thumbs, and I would expect the feeling to subside nearly a month later. In the mean time doctor has ran loads of blood work and everything come up normal. Vitamin D was slightly low.
