I was in an accident involving my chin, neck and upper spine. Three months later i started having severe burning on my face, arms, armpits and upper spine. The doc says its fibro from the accident. I was started on gabapentin. and nortryitiline. I was also going for accupuncture and to a crainial sacral therepist. I seemed to have more good days than bad. I was taken off of both. Now I'm back on both plus remeron and lorazipam at night. I do get sleep but wake up with tingling and pain in my head and burning all over those same spots. I do not have any aches or pains only in my neck and shoulder. The burning sensations last all day and they tighten up theses areas. I also have tmd of the mucsles. Does anyone else have these burning sensations or have some advice for me or meds that might help. I see my doc. on Monday. I am sensetive to the sun. The only thing that helps during the day is the lorazapam., but I don't want to get hooked on that. Please help

    floundering but hopeful,
