Gabapentin and increased muscle cramps
 

My doctor precribed Gabapentin for me to help with my Fibromyalgia muscle knots as well as a bad problem with nerve pain in my legs which is being attributed to restless leg syndrome. I have been taking it for several weeks and it has helped some with the nerve pain in my legs during the day, but really hasn't helped the RLS and I still am taking Mirapex for that. The problem now is that the muscle knots in my back and shoulders are worse than they have ever been with no relief. Can these be caused by Gabapentin?
